Wine, Cheese, Knowledge and Fun
Cellar 360
February 12, 2009
Skillfully matching cheese and wine is never easy but Culinary Specialist Kasey Passen and the Cellar 360 team make it fun. This upscale tasting room and wine merchant in San Francisco's Ghirardelli Square features a wide selection of wines, cheeses and small plates as well as a lecture room for wine related classes. Along with 20 others, we tested their Wine and Cheese Pairing course ($25). The experience gets high marks for presentation, content, value and good cheer.
All too often busy travelers to San Francisco face the frustration of being temptingly near wine country but just short of time to get there. Cellar 360 is a wonderful antidote.
We've included our day's full curriculum of delectable wine and cheese pairings here. Click on your favorite to read Cellar 360's descriptions.
