Soothe your twisted tongue and gratify your taste buds with Brent's Brittle by Anette's Chocolate Factory. Anette and Brent Madsen work out of a shop and factory in downtown Napa. It's a treat to stop by and watch brother and sister at work. Traditional chocolate delights come in all shapes and sizes such as truffles, flips, squares, discs, bars and bark. As one might expect from a wine country merchant, rich sauces infused with wine are also offered.
We especially like their unique twist on peanut brittle. It wiggles Brent's Brittle out of the "dessert only" category. These sweet and salty crunchers pair well with beer or wine. Choose from Brent's three non-traditional flavors: Beer, Chardonnay, and Firey or Anette's Traditional Peanut Brittle. Take your pick, they're all delicious, but have an extinguisher handy for the Firey.
